Match report 2015 SPC OPL Tennis Riders Vs Omaha Overlords

Overlords won the toss and elected to bowl first in the North ground which favors the bowlers. Idea was to get Riders out cheap bowling into the breeze. Chandra and Suresh opened the bowling attack and kept bowling good line and length, Riders didn't get to a good start and lost Asad cheaply. Sami held one end up while others kept getting out. Suresh bowled exceptionally well and took 5 wickets giving away just 8 runs in 4 overs. Riders managed only 59 runs in 14 overs.

Overlords knew keeping wickets in hand will be handy and seeing through the first spell of Sandeep and Sami without loosing a wicket. Overlords kept the scoreboard ticking and eventually got passed the target with 5 balls to spare with 8 wickets in hand. Suresh was also the star in batting and remained 23 not out.
