Match report 2015 SPC Spartans Vs UNO OPL Tennis Ball League:

On a hot and humid Sunday afternoon two energetic and circket loving teams faced off. Spartans won the toss and elected to bat. Spartans star southpaw got out cheaply but it didnot ditter the team from scoring 114 runs in their 14 overs. Sumit Gade top scoring again with 48 with significant contributions from Amit Sharma, Hemant Munot & Sanjay Jaras who scored 17, 15 & 14 runs respectively. UNO's stand out bowlers were Ajay who took 2 wickets and Rakshit who bowled 3 over and conceded just 12.

UNO's chase never really threatened the target with Spartan bowlers picking regular wickets. Lead by their strike bowlers Jagdish Prakash Makana who took 4 wickets and Sunny Mathew who took 3, Spartans posted their 8th win of the league by beating UNO by 19 runs. Krishna Chaitanya top scored for UNO in the chase by scoring 42 runs.
