Match report 2015 SPC OPL Tennis Riders vs Spartans

Spartans started the innings with Jagdish & Shekhar but the openers couldn't able to face Riders bowlings and got dismissed early. Jawad bowled an excellent spell getting top order 4 wickets down for Spartans. Sami bowled really nice and got 3 wickets, following Atik & Sandeep 1 wicket each. Hemanth from Spartan scored 20 runs. Spartans in the end got 57/9 in 14 Overs.

Chasing 58 runs to Win Riders did not start too well and Spartans bowlers got 4 quick wickets, Prasanna resisted from one end and played sensibly scoring 17 runs & Atik joined him and chased the target in 13.1 Overs. Atik showed some really great shots in tense moments for Riders and let his team to victory. Spartans bowlers Sunny took 3 wickets, Jagdish & Srikar 2 wickets each.

Man of the Match was a close call between Atik, Jawad & Prasanna and its awarded to Jawad for 4 wickets.
